Although this interview was geared towards women, I think this could be applicable to minorities. Everyone wants to know the key to success and how to achieve it which is a common goal. The interview with Bonnie showed her ability to inspire anyone who wants to succeed. Obstacles are sometimes a challenge to overcome but, believing in yourself and having faith in yourself as I’m sure you do, those who support you have that belief in you as well.

You're right, Gregory. This advice is for everyone and is certainly gender neutral! The reason I focus on women is that we face many more obstacles, especially in the workplace.

Hi Bonnie please to hear from you! Yes I agree, I know in this current climate women face an uphill battle especially with the administration in power. I really thought we were going to turn the tide with the election by putting Kamala in the White House unfortunately it didn’t happen. People are still unwilling to expand their minds to the possibility of a woman president. They rather have an incompetent leadership!

Thank you so much, Gregory, for your encouraging words, as well as for your very important point that much of this advice can apply to minorities of any gender.

Lucia, that was a great interview. Finding who you are and sharing your authentic self with others in a manner that leaves them with due validation whether in agreement or disagreement. One can only do this successfully by valuing their own power - your unique essence in this life!
